Charges
Delivery is free on orders over ₹799. Smaller orders carry a flat ₹60 delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
Fresh delivery in Bengaluru
Breads, viennoiserie, cakes, tarts and macarons are delivered within Bengaluru the morning after you order, between 7 am and 11 am, provided the order is placed by 6 pm. We cannot promise an exact time within that window.
Courier delivery across India
Cookies, preserves and spreads are dispatched within 2 working days and usually arrive in 3 to 6 working days, depending on your pin code.
Mixed orders
If an order for an address outside Bengaluru contains fresh bakes, we will contact you and refund the fresh items in full.
Order updates
We email you when your order is confirmed and again when it is out for delivery or handed to the courier. You can see every order in your account.
If nobody is home
Our rider will call the number on the order. Fresh bakes that cannot be handed over are brought back to the bakery and can be collected the same day until closing.
