Ordering
Order by 6 pm for delivery the next morning. Our doughs rest overnight, so anything ordered after six is baked for the day after. Celebration cakes follow the same cut-off.
Yes. Celebration cakes have a message field on their page. Type up to 30 characters and we pipe it by hand on a dark chocolate plaque. The message travels with your order, so please check the spelling.
Until 6 pm on the day before delivery, yes, for a full refund. After that the dough is already shaped and we cannot cancel fresh bakes. Jars and cookies can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched.

Ingredients
Every product page carries a green dot for vegetarian bakes without egg, or a brown dot where a bake contains egg. All our breads, the apple turnover, the berry galette, the oat cookies and both jars are made without egg. Celebration cakes can be made eggless: choose it on the cake's page.
Yes. Everything is made in one kitchen that handles wheat, milk, egg and tree nuts, so we cannot promise any bake is free of traces. Allergens are listed on every product page.
Bread
Keep sourdough cut side down on a board or in a cotton bag, never in the fridge. It is good for three days and makes excellent toast after that. Sliced loaves freeze well for a month.
