Everything we sell is baked to order, so delivery works a little differently from an ordinary shop.
Order by 6 pm
Orders placed by 6 pm are baked overnight and delivered the next morning. Orders placed after 6 pm are delivered the morning after that.
Fresh bakes: Bengaluru only
Breads, viennoiserie, cakes, tarts and macarons are delivered within Bengaluru between 7 am and 11 am, in insulated crates. If your pin code is outside our fresh delivery area we will write to you the same day and refund you in full.
Cookies and jars: across India
Cookies, preserves and spreads are packed to travel and shipped by courier across India in 3 to 6 working days.
Charges
Delivery is free on orders over ₹799. Smaller orders carry a flat ₹60 delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment
We accept UPI, cards and netbanking, processed securely through Razorpay.
Returns
Food cannot be returned once delivered. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or not as it should be, write to us on the day of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 working days. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show it.
