Before 6 pm
Fresh orders can be changed or cancelled for a full refund until 6 pm on the day before delivery. Write to us with your order number.
After 6 pm
Once the cut-off has passed your dough has been shaped and your cake has been started, so fresh bakes can no longer be cancelled.
Jars and cookies
Orders of cookies, preserves and spreads can be cancelled any time before they are handed to the courier.
Refunds for cancelled orders
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 working days. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show it.
