About this dish

The set changes a little with the market. It normally includes chicken thigh, a prawn, firm tofu, mushroom and one seasonal vegetable.

Everything is grilled to order and seasoned with salt or tare. Ask for the vegetarian set in the order notes and we swap the chicken and prawn for aubergine and sweet potato.
