Koi & Ember respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you order, reserve a table or start a subscription we collect your name, email address, phone number and, for delivery, your address. If you allow it, we use your device's location once to find your nearest outlet and check that we can deliver to you.
Payments
Online payments are handled by our payment partner. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or netbanking credentials.
How we use your information
We use your details to prepare and deliver orders, manage reservations and subscriptions, send order updates and answer your questions. If you have opted in, we may email you about new dishes and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with our delivery riders and payment partner to fulfil your order. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and saved preferences
We use essential cookies to keep your bag and sign-in working. Your chosen outlet, order type and language are saved in your browser so you do not have to pick them again.
