We cook every order when it comes in and send it from the outlet closest to you. This page explains where we deliver, what it costs and how takeaway works.
Where we deliver
We deliver from our Indiranagar, Koramangala and Whitefield outlets. Each outlet delivers only within its own radius, which is about 5 to 6 km. Enter your address and we check it against the nearest outlet before you order. Our UB City outlet offers takeaway and dine-in only.
Delivery charge
Delivery is a flat ₹49 per order. Delivery is free on orders of ₹799 or more. The charge is shown in your bag before you pay.
Delivery times
We give delivery times as a range, typically 35 to 55 minutes from the moment your order is confirmed. Times can be longer at peak hours, in heavy rain or when traffic is bad, and the estimate you see at checkout reflects how busy the kitchen is. We do not offer live map tracking. Your order page shows the current status: received, preparing, on the way and delivered.
Takeaway
Choose Takeaway, pick an outlet and a collection time, and pay online. Your order is packed and waiting at the counter. There is no charge for takeaway.
When it arrives
Eat raw dishes and anything fried first. Sushi and sashimi are best within 30 minutes of delivery.
