How paying works

  1. TodayYou pay for the first delivery at the normal checkout. The subscription only becomes active once that payment goes through.
  2. Every delivery afterNothing is debited automatically. Your account shows the next delivery as “payment due”; you pay it with one tap through the same checkout.
  3. Any timePause, resume, skip the next delivery, change days or cancel from your account. No fees.

01How do subscriptions work, and how are renewals paid?

Pick a plan, choose your days, time slot and delivery address or pick-up outlet, and check out. We never auto-debit. The first delivery is paid at checkout; each later delivery shows as 'payment due' in your account and you pay it through the normal checkout (or our team marks it paid if you pay at the outlet). You can pause, skip the next delivery, change days or cancel any time from your account.

02How can I pay?

Online by UPI, card or netbanking at checkout. Dine-in bills and subscription deliveries collected at an outlet can also be paid at the counter.
