Returns on sealed items
Unopened items with the seal intact may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value.
What we cannot accept
For food safety we cannot take back anything that has been opened, or spices that were ground, cracked or flaked to your order, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged, stale or incorrect items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full at no cost to you.
How to return
Write to us with your order number. We will arrange a pick-up where our courier partners offer the service, or share a return address.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 working days of the return reaching us. Banks may take a further 5 to 7 working days.
