We want your spices to reach you quickly and in good condition, and we want it to be simple to put things right when they do not.
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over ₹1,499. Smaller orders carry a flat delivery charge, shown at checkout. We deliver across India.
Every order is dispatched from Kochi within 48 hours, Monday to Saturday, and usually arrives in 3 to 7 working days, depending on your pin code. We email you when your order is confirmed and again when it is dispatched.
Ground to order
Anything you order ground, cracked or flaked is milled in the week it ships. The grind date is printed on the tin.
Payment
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking, all processed securely through Razorpay.
Returns
Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product value. For food safety we cannot take back opened items or spices ground to your order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged, stale or different from what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 working days of your return reaching us. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to reflect it.
