Charges
Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 or more. Orders below ₹499 carry a flat ₹39 delivery fee. Takeaway and dine-in orders have no fee.
Where we deliver
Within about 5 km of our Jubilee Hills, Hitech City and Banjara Hills outlets, and 6 km of Gachibowli, measured in a straight line from the outlet to your map pin. The address sheet tells you which outlet will cook your order and how far away it is.
Timing
ASAP orders usually arrive in 30 to 45 minutes. This is an estimate. Later slots are 30 minutes wide and can be booked for today or tomorrow within the outlet's opening hours.
Tracking
We do not have live rider tracking. Order status is in your account, and the outlet calls if there is a delay.
Meal plans
Plan meals are delivered in the slot you choose on your plan days, or collected from the outlet you pick. Plan deliveries carry no extra fee.
