How plans work
Four steps,no small print
- 01
Pick a plan and a goal
Choose from five weekly plans and tell us whether you want to lose fat, build muscle, eat balanced or go plant-based. Each plan shows its daily calories and macros before you commit.
- 02
Choose days, slot and address
Pick your start date, a delivery slot and an address within about 5 km of one of our outlets. You can change the slot later from your account.
- 03
Pay for the first week
You pay for one week through the normal checkout. There is no auto-debit: each later week shows as payment due in your account and you pay it there.
- 04
We cook, you skip or pause anytime
Meals are cooked fresh on the day. Skip the next delivery, pause, resume or cancel from your account; for skips and pauses, tell us before 8 pm the previous day.
