The questions we hear most about ordering, delivery areas, nutrition numbers, meal plans and tables. If yours is not here, write to us from the contact page and the team replies within one working day.
Delivery
We deliver within about 5 km of each outlet in Hyderabad. A typical ASAP order arrives in 30-45 minutes; this is an estimate, not a promise, and you can also choose a later slot. Delivery is Rs 39 on orders below Rs 499 after discount, and free at Rs 499 or more. We do not offer live rider tracking.
Meal plans
You pay for one week at a time through the normal checkout, using UPI, card or netbanking via Razorpay. There is no auto-debit and renewals are never charged automatically. Each later week shows as payment due in your account and you pay it there, or our staff can mark it paid if you pay at an outlet.
Yes. From your account you can pause, resume, skip the next delivery, change your slot or cancel. Please skip or pause before 8 pm the previous day so the kitchen does not start preparing your meal.
Allergens
Each dish page lists the major allergens in the recipe. Our kitchens handle milk, nuts, sesame, soy, egg and gluten, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free of traces. If you have a serious allergy, please call the outlet before ordering.
Takeaway
Yes. Choose takeaway at checkout, pick an outlet and a time, and collect from the counter. There is no fee for takeaway.
Dine-in
Yes, at our dine-in outlets. Reservations are free and we hold your table for 15 minutes after the booked time. Dine-in has no extra fee.
Nutrition
Nutrition values are for the Regular portion and are calculated from our recipes, with ingredients weighed as each bowl is built. Real food varies, so the numbers can differ slightly from bowl to bowl. A Large portion, extra toppings or a different dressing will change them.
