Allergens

Every dish page lists the allergens in its recipe. Our kitchens handle milk, egg, fish, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and gluten on shared equipment, so we cannot promise that any dish is free of traces. If you have a serious allergy, please call the outlet before ordering.

The veg, egg and non-veg marks

A green dot means vegetarian, a yellow dot means the dish contains egg, and a brown dot means it contains meat or fish.

How the numbers are worked out

Calories, protein, carbohydrate, fat and fibre are calculated from our recipes using standard food-composition tables, for a Regular portion with its default dressing. Large portions scale in proportion. Portions are weighed, but vegetables and grains vary naturally, so treat the figures as close estimates rather than laboratory results.

Goals

The four goals (lose fat, build muscle, eat balanced, plant-based) are a way to browse the menu. They are not medical or dietary advice. Speak to a doctor or dietitian about your own needs.
