Verde Bowl respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you order, reserve a table or start a meal plan we collect your name, email address, phone number and, for delivery, your address and the map pin you set. If you sign in, we keep your saved addresses, your preferred order mode, outlet and language, and your order, reservation and plan history.
Location
If you tap "Use my location" your browser asks your permission and shares your position once, so we can place the pin and find the nearest outlet. We store the pin only with an address or order you confirm.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or netbanking credentials. We do not store a payment method and never charge you automatically.
Translation
When you choose another language, the site's text (not your personal details) is sent to a translation service and the result is cached.
How we use your information
To cook and deliver orders, hold tables, run your meal plan, send order emails, answer your questions and, if you opted in, send our newsletter.
Sharing
Only what is needed with our delivery riders and payment partner. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and storage
Essential storage keeps your bag, sign-in, order mode and language working. Your favourites are saved in your own browser.
Your rights
