A dinner for two that looks like more effort than it is. Dry-aged ribeye or a tomahawk to share, a board of charcuterie to start, and peppercorn sauce or bone marrow butter to finish. We cut to the thickness you ask for.
The plan: Hot pan, short cook, long rest
The rules

Order by 2pm and we deliver the same day across Fort Worth.

One tomahawk feeds two generously. Two ribeyes suit people who do not like to share.

Salt the steaks an hour ahead and leave them uncovered in the fridge.
- 04
Rest the meat for half as long as you cooked it before you slice.
