Every order is cut by hand on the day it leaves the block. Each piece is vacuum sealed, labelled with the cut, weight and use-by date, and packed in an insulated box with ice packs that hold below 40F for 36 hours. You get a text the moment it leaves Stockyard Row.
Order by 2pm Central for same-day delivery across Fort Worth by refrigerated van, seven days a week. Everywhere else in our delivery area gets butcher's cuts delivered chilled the next day. Sauces, rubs and gift cards ship anywhere in the US in 2 to 4 working days. Delivery is free over $150.
If nobody is home we leave the box in a shaded spot or with a neighbour and send you a photo. The box stays cold for the rest of the day, but please get it into the fridge as soon as you can.
Fresh and smoked meat cannot be returned, but every order has a cold-arrival promise: if anything arrives warm, damaged or wrong, send us a photo within 24 hours and we will replace it or refund you. Unopened sauces, rubs and shelf goods can be returned within 30 days. Gift cards are non-refundable.
