Meat is a natural product cut by hand. Weights are approximate and may vary slightly from the size listed, and photographs show a typical cut, not the exact piece you will receive. If a cut is unavailable we offer the nearest equivalent of equal or greater value and ask you first.
Table bookings are held for 15 minutes. Chef's Counter seats, private dining and catering can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours ahead.

Gift cards are issued in US dollars, can be used in the dining room, at the butcher counter and online, and do not expire. Fresh and smoked meat and custom cutting orders are final sale, covered by our cold-arrival promise.
