We collect only what we need to run the steakhouse and the butcher counter: the details you give us at checkout, including the delivery name and address, in a review, in a back-in-stock request, when booking a table, a class or the private dining room, when saving a taste profile, when sending a gift card, or when you join the Cleaver & Coal mailing list.
We use them to confirm and deliver orders, hold your table, note allergies for the kitchen, email you when a cut is back and, if you subscribed, send news of what is on the menu. We never sell your data, and we never contact a gift recipient for anything other than their delivery.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time at hello@cleaverandcoal.example. We reply within 30 days.
