Parcels ride belts, chutes and trucks. A box that passes the 1-metre drop test arrives looking the way it left.

Every Haulmark parcel is handled about eight times between your door and the receiver's. It slides down a chute at the hub, sits under other boxes on the line-haul and rides in a rider's bag for the last mile.
Start with the right box
Use a new corrugated box with all its flaps intact. Re-used boxes lose up to half their strength. Leave 5 cm of space on every side for cushioning.
Cushion, then fill
Wrap each item on its own in bubble wrap or kraft paper. Fill every gap so nothing moves when you shake the box. If you hear rattling, add more fill.
Seal with the H method
Run tape along the centre seam and then across both edge seams on the top and the bottom. Use 48 mm tape, never cello tape or string.
Label once
Stick one label on the largest face and remove old labels and barcodes. Our scanners read the first barcode they see.
