Without transit cover
Our liability is limited to ₹2,000 per shipment or the declared value, whichever is lower.
With transit cover
Shipments covered at 1% of declared value are protected up to that value, to a maximum of ₹50,000 per Express Parcel and ₹5,00,000 per part load.
How to claim
Report loss within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and the invoice. We settle within 10 working days of receiving the documents.
