Confirm before you ship
A short WhatsApp or call confirmation on high-value COD orders cuts refusals sharply.
Keep the parcel honest
Show the exact amount on the label so the buyer is never surprised at the door. UPI at the door is accepted on every Haulmark route.
Know your remittance cycle
On Scale plans COD is remitted two days after delivery, with a statement listing every AWB. Growth plans are paid on D+4.
