Shipments
Cancel free of charge before the rider arrives. Once a shipment is picked up it cannot be cancelled, but it can be held at the hub and returned.
Packaging shop
Unused, unopened packaging can be returned within 7 days. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
