Policy
This policy covers every parcel and freight shipment booked with Haulmark Logistics.
Prohibited items
Cash and negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones above ₹50,000, firearms and ammunition, explosives, flammable liquids and gases, loose lithium batteries, narcotics, live animals and human remains.
Restricted items
Medicines need a valid invoice. Liquids must be sealed and double-bagged. Electronics with built-in batteries are accepted when packed in the original box.
Weight and size limits
Express Parcel accepts up to 30 kg and 120 cm on the longest side per piece. Part Truck Load accepts up to 3 tonnes per consignment.
Delivery attempts
We attempt delivery three times. After the third failed attempt, or if the receiver refuses, the shipment returns to the sender at the return rate.
