Wash shells and snow pants at 30 degrees with a technical cleaner, never fabric softener, then tumble dry low for 20 minutes to revive the water-repellent finish. Wash down with a down-specific cleaner and tumble dry low with dryer balls until every clump has gone. Wash merino cool on a wool cycle and dry it flat. Brush suede boots dry and re-treat leather at the start of each season. Every product page lists its own care instructions.

Book a service online, then drop your item at the shop or post it to us; most repairs are ready within 5 working days. Manufacturing faults are repaired free of charge for two years from purchase.
