About Vinterra
From thefirst winter
Vinterra started in 2014 in a rented unit in Aspen, with one pattern cutter, two ski guides and a jacket that kept failing at the cuffs. We fixed the cuffs, then the hood, then the zips.
We make winter wear for people who would rather be outside, and we fix it when the mountain wins.
Twelve winters on, every piece is still tested by the guides who wear it for a living, and anything we have ever made can come back to the studio for repair.
