Every order is packed by hand at our shop in Aspen, in recycled paper rather than plastic, and you get a tracking link the moment it leaves.
We ship anywhere in the US. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days and express takes 1 to 2; orders placed before 1pm Mountain Time leave the same day. Standard delivery is free over $150, and collection from 48 Timberline Road is always free.
If nobody is home the courier leaves a card and tries again the next working day, or you can redirect the parcel to a pick-up point from the tracking page.
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn, unwashed and with its tags attached, for a refund or an exchange. Returns are free within the US using the prepaid label in your parcel. Gift cards and items altered at the Fit & Repair Studio cannot be returned.
