Description

A clean, hip-length puffer with a stand collar, elasticated cuffs and fleece-lined pockets. No hood, so it layers neatly under a shell on the coldest days.

Jackets, parkas, knitwear, snow pants and base layers come in XS to XL; boots come in EU 38 to 46; gloves in S, M and L; beanies, scarves and goggles are one size. Every product page has a Size guide with chest, waist and hip measurements in centimetres, so measure yourself over a thin layer and match it to the chart. Jackets and pants are cut with room for layers, so order your usual size. Between sizes? Size up for outer layers and down for base layers, or book a free fitting at the Fit & Repair Studio.

The waterproof rating, in millimetres, is the height of a column of water the fabric holds back before it leaks: 10,000 mm copes with dry snow and light showers, 15,000 mm with a full resort day, and 20,000 mm or more with wet snow and long days in the backcountry. Breathability, in grams, is how much moisture vapour escapes through a square metre in 24 hours; look for 10,000 g or higher if you run warm. Every jacket and pant page lists both figures under Materials, along with whether the seams are fully taped.

Wash shells and snow pants at 30 degrees with a technical cleaner, never fabric softener, then tumble dry low for 20 minutes to revive the water-repellent finish. Wash down with a down-specific cleaner and tumble dry low with dryer balls until every clump has gone. Wash merino cool on a wool cycle and dry it flat. Brush suede boots dry and re-treat leather at the start of each season. Every product page lists its own care instructions.

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn, unwashed and with its tags attached, for a refund or an exchange. Returns are free within the US: use the prepaid label in your parcel or start a return from your order page. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5 working days of the parcel arriving back with us. Gift cards and items altered at the Fit & Repair Studio cannot be returned.
