Wash shells and snow pants at 30 degrees with a technical cleaner, never fabric softener, then tumble dry low for 20 minutes to revive the water-repellent finish. Book a service online, then drop your item at the shop or post it to us; most repairs are ready within 5 working days. Manufacturing faults are repaired free of charge for two years from purchase.
