We collect only what we need to run the shop: the details you give us at checkout, in a review, in a back-in-stock request, when saving a fit profile, when booking a slot at the Fit & Repair Studio, when sending a gift card, or when you join the Vinterra mailing list.
We use them to confirm and deliver orders, confirm Studio bookings, email you when a size is back and, if you subscribed, send news of new arrivals. We never sell your data, and we never contact a gift recipient for anything other than their gift.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time at hello@vinterra.example. We reply within 30 days.
