Rinse the rice and cook covered for 14 minutes

Fry the curry paste in the thick part of the coconut milk for 2 minutes

Add the rest of the coconut milk and the vegetables and simmer for 8 minutes

Made in a kitchen that also handles gluten, soy, sesame, peanuts, egg, fish and shellfish.

The paste is pounded in-house and has no shrimp paste, so the curry is fully vegetarian.

Fire is hot. Medium keeps the flavour and lowers the chilli by half.

We pack to order and dispatch Tuesday to Saturday; order by 2 pm for the next dispatch day. Metros usually take 1 to 3 working days, other pin codes 2 to 5. Delivery is free over ₹1,499 and ₹79 below that. Chilled and frozen items travel in insulated packs.

Food cannot be returned, but if a kit arrives damaged, leaking or with something missing, write to us within 24 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
