Bring 350 ml water per serving to a boil and stir in the broth concentrate

Warm the braised meat in the broth for 3 minutes

Boil the noodles separately for 2 minutes and drain

Made in a kitchen that also handles gluten, soy, sesame, peanuts, egg, fish and shellfish.

This is the bowl we cook for ourselves after service. The broth is concentrated, so you add hot water and it opens up in the pot.

The heat comes from a separate chilli tare sachet. Pick Mild, Medium or Fire and we pack the matching sachet.

We pack to order and dispatch Tuesday to Saturday; order by 2 pm for the next dispatch day. Metros usually take 1 to 3 working days, other pin codes 2 to 5. Delivery is free over ₹1,499 and ₹79 below that. Chilled and frozen items travel in insulated packs.

Food cannot be returned, but if a kit arrives damaged, leaking or with something missing, write to us within 24 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
