Mild has almost no chilli and suits children. Medium has a steady warmth, about what you would expect from a restaurant bowl. Fire is properly hot. The chilli always comes in its own sachet, so you can add part of it.

Most noodle kits take 10 to 15 minutes once your water is boiling. Each product shows its own cook time, and rice and curry kits take closer to 20.

A pot, a pan and a stove cover almost everything. Every product page has a 'from your kitchen' checklist, so you can check before you order.

Every product carries a green dot for veg or a brown dot for non-veg, and the shop can be filtered by either. Veg and non-veg items are cooked on separate lines, in the same kitchen.

On every product page, above the add button. Our kitchen handles wheat, soy, sesame, peanuts, egg, fish and crustaceans, so we cannot promise any product is free from traces.

We cook and dispatch Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed before 2 pm usually leave the next dispatch day and arrive in 1 to 3 working days in metros, 2 to 5 elsewhere. Delivery is free over ₹1,499 and ₹79 below that.

In insulated boxes with ice packs. Frozen dumplings, bao and spring rolls are sent only to pin codes we can reach within 48 hours. If we cannot deliver them to your address we write to you and refund those items in full.

Food cannot be returned once delivered. If something arrives damaged, warm or wrong, send us a photo within 24 hours and we replace it or refund you.
