Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Delivery is free on orders over ₹1,499 and a flat ₹79 below that. We cook and dispatch Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed before 2 pm usually leave on the next dispatch day and arrive in 1 to 3 working days in metros and 2 to 5 working days elsewhere in India.

Chilled and frozen items

Kits, kimchi and dips travel chilled in insulated boxes with ice packs. Frozen dumplings, bao and spring rolls are sent only to pin codes our couriers reach within 48 hours. If we cannot deliver frozen items to your address, we write to you and refund those items in full.

Payment

We accept UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available.

Returns

Food cannot be returned once it has been delivered. Unopened pantry items with a shelf life of more than 30 days (chilli crisp, barley tea) may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged, warm or incorrect items

Write to us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We replace the item or refund you in full.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 working days of being approved.
