Cancellation Policy

Before we cook

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until 6 pm on the day before dispatch. Write to us with your order number.

After cooking has started

Kits are cooked to order in small batches. Once your batch has been cooked or your parcel has been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds for cancelled orders

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 working days.
