Heat the oil and set the potstickers flat side down from frozen

Fry for 3 minutes until the base is golden

Add 60 ml water, cover and steam for 5 minutes

Uncover, let the base crisp again and serve with both dips

The pan does two jobs: it fries the base, then a splash of water and a lid steams the top.

Two dips are included, because nobody agrees on one.

We pack to order and dispatch Tuesday to Saturday; order by 2 pm for the next dispatch day. Metros usually take 1 to 3 working days, other pin codes 2 to 5. Delivery is free over ₹1,499 and ₹79 below that. Chilled and frozen items travel in insulated packs.

Food cannot be returned, but if a kit arrives damaged, leaking or with something missing, write to us within 24 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
