These terms apply to every order placed with Harvest Lane. By ordering you agree to them.
Who we are
Harvest Lane is an online grocery store that delivers fresh produce, dairy, bakery and pantry goods in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. Our packhouse is at 14 Mundhwa Road, Pune 411036.
Orders and prices
All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive an order number. Fresh produce depends on the harvest; if an item is unavailable on the day we refund it in full to your original payment method.
Weights
Fresh produce is weighed by hand. We never pack under the stated weight; a pack may be slightly over.
Delivery
Orders placed by 8 pm are delivered the next day in the morning (7 to 10 am) or evening (5 to 8 pm) window. Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 or more and ₹39 below that. See the shipping policy for details.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel until 8 pm on the day before delivery. Damaged, spoiled or missing items reported within 24 hours of delivery are refunded or replaced. See the cancellation and refund policies.
Coupons
One coupon applies per order. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and may carry a minimum order value.
