Delivery
Across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad only. If an order comes in for an address outside this area, we cancel it and refund it in full.
Orders placed by 8 pm can be delivered the next day, in the morning window (7 to 10 am) or the evening window (5 to 8 pm). Choose your day and window in the delivery slot picker at the top of the page, up to a week ahead. If you do not choose, we book the earliest open morning slot.
Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 or more. Below that there is a flat ₹39 delivery fee, shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders
Write to us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We refund the item or send a replacement with your next order, whichever you prefer.
Fresh produce is weighed by hand, so a 500 g pack may be a few grams over. We never pack under the stated weight. The unit price on each card is worked out from the pack you choose.
By UPI, credit or debit card, or netbanking, processed securely by Razorpay. We do not take cash on delivery.
Yes, until 8 pm on the day before delivery. After that the farms have already picked against your order, so it cannot be cancelled.
Products
Milk and juice come in glass bottles. Rinse the empties and leave them out with your next delivery; the rider collects them. There is no deposit.
A green dot marks a vegetarian product. A brown dot marks a product that is or contains egg. We do not sell meat or fish.
Subscriptions
Pick a box, how often you want it, a morning or evening window and a start date. You sign in, pay for the first delivery at checkout, and the subscription becomes active once that payment is confirmed. Until then it shows as waiting for payment in your account.
No. We do not set up auto-debit or a payment mandate. Each later delivery shows as payment due in your account, and you pay for it there through the normal checkout. If a delivery is not paid for, we do not pack it.
No. A subscribed box costs the same as buying that box once, and the usual delivery fee and free-delivery threshold apply. What you get is a standing slot and a box that is planned for you.
Yes, from My subscriptions in your account. You can pause and resume, skip the next delivery, change how often it comes or the delivery window, or cancel. There is no cancellation fee. A delivery you have already paid for is still delivered.
The same Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad PIN codes as our regular orders. The slot picker checks your PIN before you choose a day, and checkout checks it again.
