Farms pick against the day's orders, so the cut-off matters.
Before 8 pm the day before delivery
You can cancel the whole order or remove items. Write to us with your order number and we refund the amount in full to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
After 8 pm
The harvest list has gone to the farms and bakery, so the order can no longer be cancelled. If you will not be home, tell us and we will leave the order with a neighbour or your building's security desk.
If we have to cancel
If an item is unavailable on the day, or we cannot deliver because of weather or a road closure, we refund the affected amount in full and tell you by email.
