We deliver our own orders, in our own crates, the day after you place them.
Where
Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad only. The delivery slot picker at the top of every page checks your PIN code before you choose a day, and checkout checks it again, so an order for an address outside this area cannot be placed.
When
Orders placed by 8 pm can be delivered the next day. There are two windows: morning, 7 to 10 am, and evening, 5 to 8 pm. Choose your day and window in the delivery slot picker, up to a week ahead. You can change it from the header, your bag or checkout until you pay. If you do not choose, we book the earliest open morning slot. The slot is printed on your order confirmation and invoice.
Subscriptions
A subscription keeps a standing window for a box on the days you choose. Later deliveries are not charged automatically: each one shows as payment due in your account and is packed once you pay for it there.
What it costs
Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 or more. Below ₹499 there is a flat ₹39 delivery fee, shown at checkout before you pay.
How it travels
Milk, curd, cheese and juice travel in chilled boxes. Leaves are packed in paper, fruit in reusable crates that the rider takes back. Glass bottles are collected with your next delivery.
If you are not home
The rider will call once. With your permission we leave the order with a neighbour or the security desk. We cannot leave chilled items unattended.
