We deliver across India from our Whitefield greenhouse and our city nurseries. Every order is checked, watered and packed on the day it leaves us.
## Delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders over ₹999. For orders below that, we charge a flat ₹99.
## Delivery times
Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the next morning. Bengaluru orders usually arrive in 1 to 2 days. Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai take 2 to 4 days, and other cities 3 to 5 working days.
## How plants are packed
Plants travel in ventilated boxes with a collar that holds the pot upright and keeps the soil in place. Tall plants are staked and wrapped. Pots, tools and soil are packed separately so nothing presses on the leaves.
## When your order arrives
Unbox your plant the same day, stand it in bright shade and water it only if the top of the soil is dry. A few yellow or bent leaves after travel are normal and the plant will recover within a week or two.
