We want every order to arrive healthy and stay that way. If something is not right, we will fix it.
## Living plants
Plants are covered by our 14-day healthy-plant guarantee. If a plant arrives damaged, or fails within 14 days despite following its care card, send a photo to hello@verdelle.example and we will replace it free of charge. Because plants are living things, we replace them and do not take them back.
## Pots, tools, soil and seeds
Unused pots, tools and sealed bags of soil or plant food can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened seed packets and opened soil cannot be returned.
## Damaged in transit
If a pot arrives cracked or an item is missing, tell us within 48 hours with a photo of the parcel. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
## How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
## Services
Garden consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
