Every plant we sell is covered for 14 days from the day it is delivered. If it does not arrive healthy, or fails in that time, we replace it free of charge.
## What is covered
Plants that arrive broken, wilted beyond recovery or with pests. Plants that fail within 14 days even though you followed the care card.
## What is not covered
A few yellow or bent leaves after travel, which is normal. Damage from pets, frost, repotting within the first week, or leaving the plant unwatered or in standing water. Pots, tools, soil and seeds, which are covered by our returns policy.
## How to claim
Send a clear photo of the plant and your order number to hello@verdelle.example, or call +91 80 5550 0177, within 14 days of delivery. We reply within one working day.
## What happens next
A plant doctor will look at the photo. If the plant can be saved, we will tell you how. If not, we send a replacement of the same plant and size. If it is out of stock, you can choose a similar plant or a full refund.
