Delivery is free on orders over ₹999. Below that, we charge a flat ₹99 anywhere in India.

If a plant arrives damaged, or fails within 14 days of delivery despite following the care card, send us a photo and we will replace it free of charge.

Each plant travels in a ventilated box with a collar that holds the pot upright and keeps soil in place. We water lightly before packing so the plant arrives fresh, not soggy.

It depends on the plant, the pot and your room. As a rule, push a finger 3 cm into the soil and water only if it feels dry. Every product page lists a starting schedule.

Repot when roots circle the inside of the pot or grow out of the drainage hole, usually every 12 to 18 months. Move up one pot size only. We can do it for you with the repotting add-on or at any nursery.

Living plants are covered by the 14-day guarantee and are replaced, not returned. Unused pots, tools and sealed soil can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

Yes. Add gift wrap and a handwritten note at checkout and enter the recipient's address. We never include prices in gift orders.
