We collect only what we need to run the restaurant: the details you give us when you place an order, including your name, phone number and delivery address, when you book a table or an event, when you leave a review, or when you join the Emberjack mailing list.
We use them to cook and deliver your order, confirm your booking, reach you if there is a problem and, if you subscribed, send news about the menu. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number. We never sell your data.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time at hello@emberjack.example. We reply within 30 days.
