Online orders are paid by card at checkout, and you will get an emailed receipt as soon as the kitchen accepts the order. In the restaurant we take all major cards, contactless payments and cash. Tips are optional and go to the team in full.

Yes. Choose Pickup at checkout and your order will be ready in about 15 to 20 minutes, or pick a later time that suits you. Collect it from the pickup shelf just inside the door at 418 Calloway Street and give the name on the order. Pickup is free and there is no minimum.

Our kitchen works with wheat, milk, egg, soy, sesame, mustard and tree nuts, and everything is cooked in a shared space, so we cannot promise that any dish is completely free of an allergen. Gluten-free buns and lettuce wraps are available on any burger, and most burgers can be made without cheese or sauce. Please add your allergy in the order notes or tell your server, and call us on +1 (555) 016-4420 if you would like to talk it through before ordering.

Yes. Any burger on the menu can be made with our house vegetarian patty, which is cooked on its own section of the grill. Fries, onion rings and most sides are vegetarian too. If you are vegan, ask for no cheese and no house sauce, and choose the lettuce wrap or check with us about the bun of the day.

We deliver within about 5 miles of the restaurant in East Austin. Most orders arrive in 30 to 45 minutes, a little longer on Friday and Saturday nights or in bad weather. Delivery is $3.99, and free on orders over $35. We take delivery orders from opening until 30 minutes before closing, and you will get a text when your order leaves the kitchen.

We will remake the item and send it out, or refund it to your original payment method, whichever you prefer. Refunds usually show up within 3 to 5 business days.

Yes. For 15 or more people, please give us 48 hours' notice so we can grind, smoke and prep for you. Every burger is boxed and labeled, and we can deliver and set up within our delivery area.
