Every order is cooked when it comes in, never before. Burgers are wrapped, fries are packed in vented boxes so they stay crisp, and cold drinks travel in a separate bag. You get a text when your order leaves the kitchen.
We deliver within about 5 miles of 418 Calloway Street in East Austin. Most orders arrive in 30 to 45 minutes, a little longer on Friday and Saturday nights. Delivery is $3.99 and free on orders over $35. Delivery orders are taken from opening until 30 minutes before closing.
Pickup is free with no minimum. Orders are usually ready in 15 to 20 minutes and wait on the pickup shelf just inside the door.
If anything is wrong or missing, tell us within 24 hours by phone on +1 (555) 016-4420 or by email at hello@emberjack.example, with your order number and a photo if you can. We will remake the item or refund it to your original payment method, and refunds usually appear within 3 to 5 business days.
You can cancel for a full refund until the kitchen starts cooking, which is usually a few minutes after you order. Because food is made to order, we cannot refund an order after it has been cooked simply because plans changed.
