Nine small things that decide whether you sleep or count toll plazas.

Your suitcase goes in the hold and you will not see it until morning. Everything you need for the night has to fit in the cabin bag.
For sleeping
A light jacket or shawl, because the A/C is always colder than you expect. Earplugs and an eye mask. A neck pillow if you are in a seater or semi-sleeper.
For the journey
A water bottle, a power bank and a short charging cable. Buses have charging points, but not always next to your berth. Carry a snack so the midnight halt is a choice, not a necessity.
For boarding
Your ticket on your phone and a photo ID. Each seat includes one suitcase of up to 15 kg and one cabin bag. Reach the boarding point 15 minutes early and tag your suitcase before it goes into the hold.
