We collect only what we need to issue your ticket and look after your account: your name, phone number, email, the age and gender of each passenger, and your booking history.
Payments are handled by Razorpay. Card and UPI details never reach or rest on our servers.
We do not sell your data. We share passenger names, seat numbers and a contact number with the operator running your bus so the crew can board you, and with the services that run this site. Gender is used only to mark seats booked by women on the seat map; names are never shown to other travellers.
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, at care@hopline.example.
