## Cancelling a ticket
You can cancel from My trips up to 6 hours before departure and get a full refund. You can cancel all the seats in a booking or only some of them.
## Inside 6 hours
Tickets cancelled less than 6 hours before departure, and missed buses, are non-refundable because the operator can no longer resell the seat.
## If the bus is cancelled
If the operator cancels the service, we refund the full fare automatically. You do not need to raise a request.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.
